In response to the rainy weather and complex road conditions in Southeast Asia, the factory has specially developed corrosion-resistant frames and reinforced suspension systems for local customers; for European customers, the customized trailers strictly meet the EU Euro VI emission supporting requirements, and are equipped with intelligent tire pressure monitoring, driving recorders and other safety configurations. "Customization is not simply 'production on demand', but a full-chain adaptation from design and production to after-sales service."
In addition to product innovation, an efficient service system is also the key for the enterprise to open up overseas markets. At present, Furun Trailer Factory has established 12 after-sales service outlets in core markets such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Europe, providing 24/7 technical support and spare parts supply. Last year, a European logistics enterprise was affected by a sudden trailer failure that disrupted its transportation. The factory completed the spare parts replacement within 48 hours through the local outlet, ensuring the customer's transportation timeliness. Such response speed has helped the enterprise accumulate a good reputation in overseas markets.
It is understood that Furun Trailer Factory will continue to focus on the markets of countries along the "Belt and Road" in the next step. It plans to launch an intelligent trailer series compatible with new energy tractors, which will realize functions such as cargo positioning and status monitoring by equipping with IoT modules, further contributing to the green and intelligent upgrading of the global logistics industry.
